The restoration of the Narkomfin Building is the winner of the competition "Architectural Heritage-2021".

The revival of the legendary monument became a landmark event in architecture and was noted by experts and citizens: diploma of the Moscow government "Moscow Restoration", the federal prize Urban Awards, "The Main Architectural Event of 2020" according to the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the City of Moscow, the AD Design Award diploma, and shortlists of editions Art-Newspaper Russia and Meduza.
