SURFACE: AGEING AND CONSERVATION

We talk a lot about the identity of the historic city and its preservation. The same time when we restore the buildings we cover the old facades with the new plaster and align the facades curvature. Though the preserved surface and the original details can give a much stronger sense of the authenticity then the wall itself. The surface unevenness,scratches and potholes narrate about the time the building lived and take us to the epoch wen the building was erected
