With many years of work experience in historical cities, members of the practice have been successfully developing projects for restoration and adaptation of both architectural monuments of Avant-garde (Narkomfin House, Izvestia Building, Pravda Complex, etc.) and other listed historic buildings (Sytin’s house on Tverskaya, etc.). A distinctive feature of Ginzburg Architects is that within the framework of one office architects can operate both as restorers of cultural heritage objects and at the same time develop new construction projects.

Over the years practice expanded from 4 to 40 people, including architects, restorers, designers, chief engineers and project managers. Practice is engaged in developing complex designs and works in collaboration with its partners to carry out all the necessary aspects of the project: technological, engineering, MEP and etc.

In 25 years specialist  from the practice have designed in a variety of climatic, geological and geographic conditions and different contexts, including Moscow, Greater Moscow and Leningrad region, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Montenegro, Croatia, Dubai, Spain, Latvia, Great Britain, France, etc. Geographical diversity enriches the architect and creates constant creative exchange with colleagues from international consortiums, establishes contractual and creative relationships when designing abroad.

Ginzburg Architects carried out projects of various scale: from 50 m2 studio interiors to residential complex of 400,000 m2. Urban planning projects allow for better understanding of the city at a neighborhood scale and more sophisticated design of individual buildings. Interior projects explain how building is arranged inside, prompting architects to work on private and public interiors. An integrated approach to design and wide experience in planning out projects of various types and scales makes it more efficient for Ginzburg Architects to find the right architectural solution.
